Thanksgiving was so last week. And after OD-ing on turkey, stuffing, potatoes and pie, it is probably a good thing that the holiday is behind us. Unfortunately, we were inundated with endless amounts of papers and finals preparations upon returning to our beloved Heights.

With more work, shorter days, and the dreary cold of winter right around the corner, how are collegiettes going to possibly survive until winter break? I’ll give you a hint… Jingle, jangle, and a ho-ho-ho! That’s right, Christmas music is our December savior and these are just some of Her Campus BC’s favorite festive tunes. Get in the holiday spirit, dust off those Christmas vocal chords, and remember the wise words of Buddy the Elf: “The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear.”

Kelsey Damassa is in her senior year at Boston College, majoring in Communications and English. She is a native of Connecticut and frequents New York City like it is her job. On campus, she is the Campus Correspondent for the Boston College branch of Her Campus. She also teaches group fitness classes at the campus gym (both Spinning and Pump It Up!) and is an avid runner. She has run five half-marathons as well as the Boston Marathon. In her free time, Kelsey loves to bake (cupcakes anyone?), watch Disney movies, exercise, read any kind of novel with a Starbucks latte in hand, and watch endless episodes of "Friends" or "30 Rock."
