The Basics…
Name: Nanci Fiore-Chettiar
Year: 2015
Major/School: Sociology A&S
Hometown: Westerly, RI
Taken or single: Single
Favorite class: Social Problems
Favorite Professor: Professor Sarah Ryan
Go-to lunch spot on campus: Eagle’s Nest
Favorite BC food: Even though I’m an Eagle’s girl, I never get tired of Mac’s buffalo chicken wrap.
Activities: UGBC Cabinet, Faces Council, Arrupe, BCVC, manning the Reception Desk at ResLife
The Fun Stuff…
Pet Peeve: Dollar stores that sell things for more than a dollar… it doesn’t make any sense!!
Celeb Girl crush: Shay Mitchell, Mila Kunis (she’s kind of my spirit animal)
Fun Fact: Most people are surprised to learn I have a tattoo on my right shoulder. It says “breathe” (literally translates to “to take a breath” ) in Hindi.
Favorite Movie: I quote Pitch Perfect and Superbad on a daily basis… and anything with Denzel Washington is pretty much guaranteed to make the list.
TV show you are currently obsessed with: I recently discovered Friday Night Lights on Netflix… where has this show been all my life?!
Top Song on your playlist: I’ve had Miguel’s album “Kaleidoscope Dream” on repeat the last couple weeks.
Most embarrassing moment at BC: I can’t even think of a significant one because every day of my life is embarrassing. It would probably be easier to think of a moment that’s not embarrassing, like that one day I walked across campus in the snow and didn’t fall.
A date you never want to go on: I’m not a big fan of traditional romantic gestures… I think flowers are a waste of money and I’m not sure I could keep a straight face if a guy tried to serenade me.
Ideal guy: He has to have a sense of humor, be passionate about something, and know how to be serious without taking himself too seriously.
