The Christmas season is here and what’s more fun than decorating!? There are so many cute ideas out there to use when it comes to fun home or dorm decor for the holidays. Here are a few that I want to try this season:
Hanging Ornaments
What to do: Get ornaments in the colors and shapes you want and string them on fishing line (so the string isn’t seen). Hang the strung ornaments on the ceilings and you’re done!
“Christmas Tree”
I will have to admit that its pretty hard to get a full-sized tree in your room, but have no fear. You can make your own tree by hanging lights on the wall in the shape of a tree. You can even add ornaments and a star on top… perfect for common room walls!
Let It Snow!
If you want really easy, fast, and festive, try these hanging snowflakes! You can have all different shapes and sizes of snow flakes (hang them with fishing line from the ceiling) and also make a little chain link garland of white paper! These look super easy but also really festive.
Mini Christmas Tree
These are small, so they’re easy to decorate, easy to keep in a room, and also easy to store before and after the holidays. It would be a fun idea to choose a tree theme and get ornaments that match the theme!
