Guilt-Free Cake Pops

Cake pops are the perfect dessert. They’re dense, fudgy, bite-size, and easy to eat. Can it get any better?

It can with this recipe for gluten-free, refined sugar-free, vegan cake pops that taste more delicious than you could imagine. If you have an overwhelming sweet tooth but are trying to eat healthier, this is the perfect treat for you.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of black beans
  • 5 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processer
  • Blend until fully smooth and mixed
  • Form dough into pop form
  • Place toothpicks into each cake pop
  • Chill for 15 minutes

All that’s left is to melt dark chocolate chips, coat or drizzle the cake pops with the melted chocolate, and top with shredded coconut, coconut sugar, crushed almonds, or anything else you feel like. Re-chill for 15 minutes and eat as many as you want because they’re guilt-free!
