We all have that pair of running sneakers, tank top, t-shirt, or pair of yoga pants that we love to wear while working out. Whether it fits you perfectly, is super cute, or is just plain comfy, most girls have that favorite piece of athletic attire in their dorm closets.

Here are some of BC’s favorite things to wear while working out:

Nike

Nike is quite a popular brand worn by the girls I interviewed. Favorite items included sports bras, leggings, tennis skirts, running shorts, tank tops, and running sneakers. The general consensus is that the brand is functional, but still cute and fun!

Lululemon

It almost goes without saying that Lululemon yoga pants are another popular item among girls here at BC. Although yoga pants may be known as a stereotypical “BC girl” thing to wear in the fall, we can’t help but love the fact that they are acceptable “classroom-to-gym” attire.

Ellie

Similar to Lululemon, Ellie is also a great brand of athletic wear! There are many different patterns to choose from, and their tops are flattering on all different body types.

So, maybe putting on your favorite athletic wear motivates you to work out harder, sign up for an intramural sport that you’ve never played before, or run that extra mile. Or hey, maybe it just motivates you to walk down the Million Dollar Stairs looking as if you were headed to the Plex. After all, who needs the gym when BC comes with its own built-in Stairmaster?
