Easter Bunnies and More

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at BC chapter.

Happy Easter Her Campus readers! Today is such a great day to spend time with your families and to eat a delicious Easter brunch. I hope you’ve all enjoyed painting eggs and receiving plastic eggs with candy inside. I also hope that the Easter bunny treated you nicely… Did you get any Peeps? Snickers shaped like Easter eggs? Lindt chocolate carrots or bunnies? Cadbury crème eggs? There are just too many sweets to eat, all thanks to the Easter bunny. But being an Easter bunny isn’t easy, especially when you’ve got competition from other animals who want in on the Easter action…

There once were a couple of Easter bunnies and rabbits who were SO CUTE and fluffy.

Then some cats were green with envy due to all the attention the bunnies were getting. In hopes of getting attention themselves, some tried to befriend those bunnies.

In fact, those friendships were quite adorable and the cats got what they wanted – they were finally photographed for certain Easter photos.

However, cats are greedy, and they started impersonating the bunnies. Note: cats can’t spell… because they’re cats.

Some of those cats were quite smooth with the ladies. ‘Sup ladies. Anyone order an Easter bunny cat?

Big cats, like tigers, were mostly concerned with the eggs hunts. Lesson learned: no matter how big or how old you are, go have some fun at an egg hunt! (I expect you all to follow through with this priceless advice.)

Other kitties thought they’d make the perfect Easter basket complete… I think they were right!

Some dogs got into Easter, too. Here you have a bonus picture, with an Easter bunny dog and a puppy as an Easter basket present. Who’s the better prize, this pup or the cat above?!

I guess some Easter eggs are just so magical because little Easter bunny hamsters pop out of them!

It looks like different animals of all ages wanted to be involved with Easter. Even if you’re a giant polar bear, you can still have Easter fun!

With that being said, Happy Easter everybunny!

P.S. If you’re really into Easter, adorable Easter bunnies, and corny movies for kids, check out the movie Hop!
