While ice cream is an undeniably delicious treat, it doesn’t always satisfy our need for a light and refreshing snack. Rich and creamy is a beautiful thing, don’t get me wrong, but sometimes we desire something a little less heavy. Look no further! Here are some easy fruit popsicles you can make in the comfort of your own kitchens that don’t weigh you down, are guilt-free and nothing short of delicious.

Berry Yogurt Parfait

What you need:

Greek yogurt

Honey

Milk

Granola

Berries

Strawberry Lemonade 

What you need:

Lemonade

Strawberries

Island Fruit

What you need:

Coconut water

Kiwi

Strawberries

Blueberries

Mango chunks

Chocolate Monkey

What you need:

Bananas

Peanut Butter

Greek yogurt

Almond Milk

Cocoa powder

Bears and Bubbles

What you need:

Gummy bears

Sprite or white grape juice
