Date Nights in Boston

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at BC chapter.

As final exams lurk right around the corner, many people find themselves feeling overwhelmed and incredibly stressed out. When this happens the best thing to do is take a break from campus and all things BC. So, with this in mind grab a friend or significant other and try out one of these great date night options in Boston.

Skating on Frog Pond

What better way to celebrate the arrival of winter than to go ice-skating! Frog Pond, located in Boston Common, is the best place to do this in the city. They also have a college night every week on Tuesdays. If you show your student ID you will receive half price admission. Afterwards, make sure to grab some hot chocolate at the Frog Pond Café.

Improv Asylum

The Improv Asylum is located in the North End. Each night, they feature different types of improv comedy shows. Regardless of which night you choose to go, you are certain to have an evening full of laughter. Given its location, it’s a perfect date night spot for people looking to grab dinner in the North End and then head to a show!

Movie Night

This may be a classic, but it’s a classic for a reason. Heading to a movie theatre is always a good time and will allow you the opportunity to forget about everything else in your life for a few hours. If you are looking to upgrade the experience, check out SuperLux in The Street.

When all else fails, a nice dinner out is always a good fall back. At the end of the day any of the options will allow you to relax for a little while and spend time with people you care about.
