Do you love to spin?  This Saturday, February 2nd, there will be a fun event happening at the Plex that combines both charity and spinning.  Cycle for Survival is a national cycling event where all proceeds from the event go toward rare cancer research at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.  With over half of the people diagnosed with cancer having a rare form of the disease, and underfunded and limited treatment options of rare forms, this is the perfect opportunity to help out and make a difference.

Julie Wojno, Team Captain and Plex spin instructor, will be teaching three special spin classes on Saturday.  Each class is 50-minutes long and will be held at 1:00pm, 2:30pm, and 4:30pm.  To reserve a spot for the event, please arrive to the Plex by 12:30pm to sign up for one of the three classes.  It costs only $10 to reserve a spot in class.  Please bring debit/credit cards, for all donations will happen online.

What better way to start off a Saturday then having the ride of your life and helping save someone else’s life?  You will leave the class both sweaty and inspired.  Spread the word to all of your friends about this great event and get excited to bike your way to a better future!
