It’s *Tailgate Time*!
But before y’all start noshing on some chips and guac with family and friends, don’t forget to take a gander at your local weather app. Since it is officially November, our crazy Boston weather has decided to drop, drop to the low 50s. But this colder weather does NOT mean our game day garb has to suffer.
So in honor of our last home football game (this Saturday November 11th), here are a few *chilly* game day outfits worthy of your attention:
- Oversized Sweater and Leggings
Leggings are a girl’s best friend. Not only are they comfortable to wear but they pair nicely with a cozy winter sweater. Opt for a sweater in a neutral tone (like gray or beige) and pair it with a fun chunky bootie. Or, try a sweater in red, maroon, or even mustard yellow. Showcase your BC pride!
- Skirt and Tights
You can forget wearing your BC crop top and fun red shorts. Unless you want hypothermia, of course. Instead, try rocking a black jean skirt with some fun textured tights. Add a BC T-shirt or eagle-colored sweater and ta-da. Use these photos as inspiration:
- Try a Scarf
My grandma always told me to cover my neck to stay warm. Follow her advice and add a maroon or gold scarf to your classic blue jeans and white sweater look. You will be warm and fashion forward.
- Update your BC Sweatshirt
BC football games are made for fan gear. While wearing a BC sweatshirt isn’t the most unique outfit choice, it is the most comfortable. Try pairing your BC sweatshirt with ripped jeans or printed denim for a twist. Even try wearing some high heeled booties to take your look to new heights!
These are just a few game day dress suggestions. But they are definitely worthy of an Instagram photo with friends or a cuddly photo with your new game bae ;)
