With two major holidays coming around the corner, Christmas and New Years, there are so many things to worry about. Gifts, resolutions, ugly sweaters. There’s no time to worry about makeup, yet you still want to look fabulous for the holiday season. Well, there’s no need to fear, a glamorous look this holiday season doesn’t have to be hard. Use these simple, sparkly and stunning looks to dawn during Christmas and New Year!

Christmas’s color palette isn’t the easiest to work with, but that just means more room to get creative! If you want to go with a classic Christmas look, I would recommend a nude eye and a red lip. This look goes with most holiday attire and is great for those who prefer a bold lip. For this look, I used the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance eyeshadow palette on my eyes, and a red shadow and gloss for my lips.

For the more colorful makeup user, try a red or dark green liner! It gives the same colorful effect as eyeshadow with less of the hassle. For this look, I used the BH Cosmetics Zodiac Love Signs Palette and applied it with a liner brush. A great alternative eyeliner would be the Nyx Vivid Brights Eyeliner

For a glistening on the go look for both Christmas and New Years, try a gold or liquid glitter. Just dab onto your cheekbones, eyes, and lips. Add mascara, concealer and you’re done!

For this look, I used a mini lip gloss from Anastasia Beverly Hills Holiday Mini Lip Gloss Set in the golden color Citrine. I also used the Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer in the shade FU$$Y. An alternative gold you can use Nyx Glitter Goals Liquid Eyeshadow in Industrial Beam. When it comes to a New Year’s look, silver is a possible alternative.

When it comes to New Years’ looks, the possibilities are endless. Colorful eyeliner, bold lip colors. The more bold makeup, the better. A new year means a celebration and a new look! But if you’re not up for experimenting, but love bold, this look is great for you. A matte neon eyeshadow as a liner or abstract shadow.

For my inspiration, I used makeup looks from the hit TV show “Euphoria”. The palette I used is the Nyx Brights Ultimate Shadow palette

Hopefully, you’re able to wear one of these looks or use them for inspiration for your makeup this holiday season. Have a Merry Christmas, Happy Holiday, and a bright, bold New Year!
