If you go here, you have to try the secret sauce, it’s delicious. The atmosphere in this place is relaxed and cozy. They have great, lighted outdoor seating for the warmer months too!
Puerto Vallarta
Next is a favorite of many Ball State students: Puerta’s!! For all of my Mexican food lovers out there, you have to try this place! There are three locations in Muncie so you shouldn’t have to travel too far. Puerto Vallarta is famous for their authentic Mexican food and fantastic margaritas. If you’re lucky, you may get serenaded by the Mariachi Band too!
Chili’s
“Hi, welcome to Chili’s!” This is the perfect spot for the “broke college student.” Chili’s has a wide variety of food options from burgers to steak to their famous quesadillas! The best part? It’s super affordable AND they have a Valentine’s Day special! You can get a starter, two entrees, and a dessert for just $25! Located right off McGalliard, Chili’s is super close to campus as well. If you’re looking for a delicious, yet affordable Valentine’s Day dinner for two, definitely check this place out!
Greek’s Pizzeria
Okay, if you’ve never had Greek’s pizza, you need to go try it right now!! Conveniently located in the village, Greek’s is easily my favorite pizza place ever. Seriously, this pizza is amazing. You can choose from several different pizza combinations or even create your own! If your ideal Valentine’s Day dinner involves staying in, maybe watching a rom com, and eating pizza, Greek’s is the perfect place for you!
Outback Steakhouse
This one is for the hopeless romantic looking for that fancy steak dinner on Valentine’s Day. The Outback serves delicious steak cooked just how you like it. This Australian-inspired steakhouse can be found right next to the Muncie Mall and takes reservations too!
