With spooky season coming to an end, many of us scramble to come up with last minute costume ideas. So, here are just a few ideas I put together that just about anyone has in their own closet!
1. Coraline
What you need: Your favorite yellow raincoat, black face paint to create button eyes, and a hair clip. (This was my last minute Halloween costume last year!)
2. Augustana Dad
What you need: Your trusty ol’ Augustana dad hat and any oversized Augie sweater tucked into some khakis.
3. Harry Styles
What you need: Some funky pants, a funky jacket, a black button down shirt (with half the buttons unbuttoned), black body paint to draw on his iconic tattoos, and Chelsea boots.
4. 2000’s Pop Star
What you need: A halter top, low rise jeans, butterfly clips (or pigtails), and a cheap microphone headset5. 80’s Queen
What you need: An oversized t-shirt, oversized high-waisted pants, your trusty scrunchie, retro glasses, and LOTS of hairspray and hair teasing!
