Fall is one of my favorite seasons out of the whole year. There’s something beautiful about the leaves changing colors from green to orange, yellow, and red then falling to the ground. Imagine the pleasant crunch under your feet as you walk over them and the cool air on your face. There are so many fun activities you can do during the fall time. Here are some of my favorites and maybe these might give you some ideas for fun activities to do with your friends, family, or significant other.
Pumpkin Farms
These are my all-time favorites during the fall time. You can grab a group of friends, family members, or your significant other and enjoy the day with them. There are so many different things you can do at a pumpkin farm.
Pumpkin Picking
There are many different places you can get a pumpkin but the best part about a pumpkin farm is picking your favorite pumpkin and bringing it home. With the pumpkin you have picked you can carve it, make food, maybe even a dessert.
Pumpkin Carving
Once you have found that perfect pumpkin and brought it home, it is time to carve it. Pumpkin carving is a must every fall because it is a fun and creative, hands-on activity. Pinterest is the best place to find many unique and creative designs for your pumpkin.
Drinking Apple Cider and Eating Apple Cider Doughnuts
Apple cider and apple cider doughnuts from a pumpkin farm are much better than anywhere else. With the brisk air and chilly days, it is a perfect treat to have when you are at a pumpkin farm.
Corn Maze
This is a fun activity during the fall time because the objective is to get back to where you started or to get to the finishing spot. From all of my experiences at a corn maze, I have gotten lost multiple times but that is the best part about a corn maze because you have to try to solve the maze.
Petting Zoo
Most pumpkin farms have petting zoos or animals that you can play with or admire. This is a fun activity to do especially if kids are coming with you.
Haunted Houses
There are so many haunted houses in each state. These are a must if you do not spook easily and like being scared by other people. They allow you to have fun but also to be open to surprises, scares, and laughter.
Paint and Sip
On a chilly day during the fall you can do this fun activity. You can go with a group of friends and spend a couple of hours painting and sipping on a drink of choice. While painting and sipping you can watch the beautiful leaves outside as well as enjoy time with people who are important to you.
