A new year brings new resolution for a better, healthier you! Unfortunately the New Year comes at the peak of flu season. During the first few weeks of college, no girl has time to be sick! A DIY ginger detox bath is just the thing to put the spring back into any girl’s step! After about 40 minutes you will feel totally rejuvenated and clean! All the soak requires is:
· 2-3 cups of Epsom salt (the lavender scent at CVS is lovely)
· 2-3 cups of baking soda (match this with the amount of Epsom salt used)
· 3 or more tablespoons of ground ginger (you can find this in the spice isle)
The Epsom salt soothes any aches in your body, the baking soda will cleanse your whole body and leave it super soft, and the ginger helps you to sweat out any toxins. You can also add scented oils to make your soak more relaxing.
