An Auburn Family tradition, our mascot Aubie the Tiger has been beloved for generations. He’s silly, sweet, quriky, and fun, all traits that make up a great mascot! He’s always there to give you a laugh, a hug, or a kiss and make your day a little brighter.
Aubie is known as the 8-time UCA National Mascot Champion, the 2014 Capital One Bowl Mascot of the Year, and was among the inagural 3 mascots inducted into the Mascot Hall of Fame in 2006. But he is most adored by Auburn fans because of his fun spirit and his loving demeanor. And, I mean, that face–how could you not love this adorable tiger?!
In honor of April Fool’s Day, Aubie got up to his usual antics and pranked some unsuspecting people in the Athletics Department! Check it out below.
