After WEEKS of waiting, it’s finally here. Sorority Recruitment!!!!!!!
First, you have to wake up at 6 a.m. on a Saturday.
And get ready for a 12 hour day full of making first impressions.
But then you get your Starbucks and you are SOOOOOOO psyched.
You go to your first house where screaming actives welcome you.
By the time you get to your 3rd house, you feel like you have this in the bag.
At least every girl is literal #goals and you want to cry.
At the end of the 11 houses, you have to cut three.
But it’s so hard because every girl you talked to is basically your new BFF.
The next day is Round 2 and you are basically a rushing pro by now.
Then you see your schedule and see that your top houses dropped you.
The day goes on and you keep your hopes up, but you are still sad.
Round 3 hits and you start to develop rush crushes on each house.
Except that one house that WON’T. DROP. YOU.
Preference Day comes along and you see that your top 2 houses want you back.
Making that final decision for your top house is a struggle because you love them both way too much.
Then that magical day comes along: BID DAY.
You get your envelope but can’t open it and the anxiety is KILLING YOU.
Everything is in slow motion as you open and find out you get the house you absolutely LOVE.
Even running to your new house is in slow motion because you wanna remember this day forever.
Getting to meet your new sisters for the first time and being like…
The best part though, is finally finding a place where you are supposed to be.
