Here we have Elisa Fankhauser, a finance major and impromptu guru. She typically puts her outfits together on a whim and pairs what she thinks looks good together, regardless of whether her pieces match accordingly or are up to “conventional standards”. Her clothes typically come from thrift stores that she stumbles upon in the Phoenix area, while her more professional pieces come from more established clothing chains. When asked where she gets her inspiration from, she replied, “I get my inspiration from patterns and textures that exist in the world, friends, and artists like Salvador Dali”.
