This past Friday night, Talking Stick Resort Arena, formerly known as U.S. Airways Arena, offered $5 tickets for every college student. The Suns’ College Night gave students an opportunity to come see the Suns take on the Pistons at a low price. Unfortunately, the Phoenix Suns lost in a nailbiter, 92 to 100, but the first 7,000 fans received free Suns crew socks, which made the loss a bit sweeter. The arena also offered $15 hats that came in University of Arizona, Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University or Grand Canyon University colors. Although the team might be off to a rough start this season, fans are still clamoring to support their Suns.
