Makeup lovers, you know the search for the perfect powder is basically like searching for a unicorn. It’s either too cakey or disappears in an hour.
After years of searching for the elusive “perfect” powder, I believe I have found the holy grail. Did I mention it’s under $10 and over 80 years old?
The unicorn of face powders is none other than Coty’s Airspun Loose Face Powder. The product makes your face look airbrushed and feel incredibly soft. The perfumed fragrance adds a nice touch. Although some might find it a little much, I personally love it.
If you search YouTube for reviews on the product, you will see that YouTubers have compared the brand to face powders that cost three times as much, such as Laura Mercier’s Translucent Loose Setting powder. So you will look great and save money.
The label describes the powder as an “exclusive microspun formula where loose powder particles are spun and twirled to a cloud like softness.”
The powder comes in multiple skin tones and can be found at Walmart, Walgreens or Amazon.
The powder is light as it glides on your skin and gives a nice layer of coverage. Whether you are using it for full coverage or baking under eyes, this product definitely works.
