Who knew Thursday night was considered the weekend? In college it is completely acceptable to consider Thursday night a weekend.
With Thursday being the weekend kick-off, most people will go out, hit a party, or end up at a bar. And then Friday morning rolls around….
Â
1. Sh*t, I am hung-over.
Okay, be honest with yourself, you drank way more then you should have last night. The next morning, you wake up in extreme confusion, and the first thought that comes to mind, “I’m hung-over.” What to do from here? Well, first decide if you actually want to stay awake. If so, go grab some solid food and maybe an Advil or two and just brace yourself for the day. This leads us to the next thought…
2. What time does Chick-Fil-A breakfast end?
Hung-over or not, Chick-Fil-A breakfast is clutch. If you are hung-over, you’ll want food as fast as possible, and something good and maybe a little greasy. If it is just a normal Friday, well, treat yourself to one of your favorites for breakfast to start your weekend!
3. Why did I take Friday classes?
Even the people who have Friday classes still consider Thursday night part of the weekend. Yet, these are the people that constantly say throughout the night, “I have class tomorrow”. The next morning, no matter if they are extremely hung-over or only slightly hung-over, “Why did I take Friday classes?” never fails to be the first question that pops up in mind. The next semester, you always fail to forget about the infamous Thursday nights.
4. I am never going out sober again.
This statement is for the ones that feel like they cannot go to the bars sober. It is as if alcohol makes everything better and gives you a higher tolerance to be around people. Some people feel like alcohol will undoubtedly make a night better. Yet, they do not realize how lucky they are to not wake-up with a hangover the next morning.
5. Â *starts crying*
Let’s be honest with ourselves, things do not always go as planned. Something may have happened on Thursday night and at the time your alcohol hid your emotions, but Friday morning is when they break loose. You can never control it, and most of the time it just needs to happen; but make sure the crying is a one time deal, and does not continue on for days.
6. Round 2 tonight?
Perhaps midway through Friday, you starting grasping hold of your life again and the question pops up, “round 2 tonight?” You fail to forget about everything that happened the night before and rally up to go out that night. However, your thoughts for Saturday morning may be a little different than Friday morning.Â
