Red Carpet Best Dressed: Oscars 2017

The 89th Academy Awards ceremony took place on February 26, 2017 to honor some of the best films of 2016.

The Oscars is one of the biggest events of the year for celebrities to show off their finest taste in fashion, and many of them did just that. These celebs, in no specific order, stole the show on the Red Carpet:

Ruth Negga in a beautiful bright red, Valentino Dress, featuring some lace and Irene Neuwirth for Gemfields jewelry:

Karlie Kloss looked angelic and glowing in a pure white Stella McCartney dress, Nirav Modi jewelry, and carrying a Roger Vivier clutch:

On a side note, you may notice that both Ruth Negga and Karlie Kloss are wearing a blue ribbon, which was a key accessory for many stars at the Oscars. The blue ribbon signified their support for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).

Emma Stone looked classy and timeless in her golden Givenchy Haute Couture and Tiffany & Co. jewelry:

“Wow” is all I can say because Janelle Monáe undoubtedly looked like a QUEEN in this Elie Saab dress and Forevermark jewelry:

Nicole Kidman kept it simple yet elegant in an Armani Privé dress and Stuart Weitzman shoes:

Taraji P. Henson was sexy and sassy in a custom Alberta Ferretti dress, Jimmy Choo shoes and clutch, and Nirav Modi jewelry:

Let’s not forgot about some of the men who looked fine:

Pharrell Williams looking dapper in a Chanel suit, diamond brooch, and multiple layers of black pearl necklaces:

Ryan Gosling looked like a total stud in a Gucci tux with a blue-tipped ruffled shirt:

Mahershala Ali was slick in an all black Ermenegildo Zegna Couture and Monique Péan:

Andrew Garfield pulled off a classic, black Gucci tuxedo better than anyone:

There were SO many more celebrities that belonged on this list, but these were some of the most buzzworthy looks of the evening.
