Q: Who’s your celebrity crush?
A: Jax from Sons of Anarchy, which is Charlie Hunnam. Definitely him, he’s sexy. His facial structure is everything and his eyes sparkle, not to mention that in the show he’s a total badass. I could listen to him talk all day, he has a great accent.
Q: What are some of your passions?
A: Reading, I absolutely love reading, especially those sappy Nicholas Sparks romance novels. I’m a hopeless romantic. I love painting too, and hiking. I like painting trees and the moon the most, it’s relaxing. But I love painting any type of nature scene really. My favorite place to hike is stereotypical, but it’s the Blue Ridge. But I’m originally from Maine and I started hiking there. I don’t get to hike or paint as much as I’d like to because my class schedule keeps me pretty busy, but at the same time it’s nice because having absolutely nothing to do drives me insane.
Q: What’s a fun fact about yourself?
A: My dad is in the military, so up until college I moved every 3 years. I was born in California, then I moved to Japan, and then to North Carolina. After that I moved back to California and then eventually back to North Carolina, where I’ve been since. Japan was one of my favorites, the oceans were so beautiful and we would camp on the beach every other weekend. The culture is really different from here, but it was interesting to experience something different. I actually started to learn Japanese in school while I was there, but I don’t remember much of it anymore. I like North Carolina though, I love how it has so much variety in that it has the mountains, but also beaches and cities.
Q: What’s the top item on your bucket list?
A: It may sound cliche, but I just want to travel. I want to leave America and I want to backpack through Europe. Especially Italy and Ireland, they’re two very different countries, but they both have incredible things to offer.
Q: What’s the most embarassing song on your iTunes playlist?
A: “I Want Candy” by Aaron Carter, such an oldie, but such a goodie.
Q: Where do you ideally see yourself ten years from now?
A: Ten years from now I would love to be working as an accountant at a small business, definitely in North Carolina. I’d have a husband and hopefully some little children, some mini-me’s. I’d have plenty of time and money to travel with my family. I would have at least one cat and probably a dog as well. All the pets would sit with each other and lick each other and love each other and snuggle, it’ll be so precious. I have an obsession with animals.
Q: What would your dream wedding proposal be like?
A: Since I’m a hopeless romantic I’ve always wanted him to take the time to plan things out beforehand. I want him to take me to get my nails done and maybe he can pick out my outfit and get a secret photographer. I’d love to go to a secluded area outside, in a gazebo, with very pretty lights and flowers and some John Mayer or Michael Buble in the background. If he wants to get kinky he’d have to be playing some The Weeknd in the background.
