What’s better than cozy sweaters and boots? Or seeing the leaves change? Or curling up with a mug of hot cider while watching Halloween movies? Nothing, nothing at all.

It is my not-so-humble opinion that autumn is the greatest time of year.  I could go on and on about its many splendors and all my favorite fall festivities.  If you’re a fellow lover of this lovely season, check out these fall-inspired blog posts about seasonal food, fashion, and home decorating that will surely deepen your love for this time of year!

Brown Eyed Baker

The latest post on browneyedbaker.com features an unbelievably precious photo of the blogger’s dog posing with a pumpkin.  If all that cuteness doesn’t reel you in, perhaps the “150 Best Fall Recipes” post will.  This site is definitely worth a visit with recipes like “Maple-Bacon Kettle Popcorn” and “Beer Waffles with Cinnamon Caramel Apples”.  I don’t want to ruin all the fun for you, but there are a ton of absolutely irresistible-sounding recipes to try this season.

Two Peas And Their Pod

I don’t know about you, but I am always looking for new pumpkin-flavored dishes.  When I saw the post, “50 Pumpkin Recipes” on twopeasandtheirpod.com, I was ecstatic, to say the least. Pumpkin cornbread and pumpkin pie biscotti are just two of the recipes that stood out to me on this site.  Trust me, the other 48 sounded delicious as well and I’m not kidding when I say I will probably attempt to try every recipe.  Pumpkin lovers, brace yourselves.

Happily Grey

Who doesn’t love a good fashion blog? Happilygrey.com is packed full of images of the blogger’s favorite outfits.  Currently, she’s posting lots of great photos with some of the season’s hottest styles.

College Fashion

The name alone should get your attention, collegiettes.  Collegefashion.net is a great site to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and how to pull them off.  There’s also tons of articles, fashion tips, and outfit ideas.  So if you’re unsure to how to wear that chunky knit sweater in the back of your closet, this site can surely give you some creative inspiration.

Mom Advice

If I’ve learned anything in my 20 years of living, it’s that moms know best.  Momadvice.com may not be the first site collegiettes gravitate toward, but it’s worth a look; particularly the post, “Fabulous Fall Drinks Round Up.”  With links to DIY flavored coffee creamers and recipes for beverages like crock pot coconut hot cocoa, you’ll be sure to take this mom’s advice.

She Knows

Oh, does she know…. This blog caught my attention with its recent post, “17 Fall-Inspired Drink Recipes.” Pumpkin hot toddy, spiced apple pie cocktail, and creamy candy corn milkshake.  Need I say more?

Trendy Tree

If you’re feeling crafty, head over to trendytree.com.  There are tons of tutorials, such as DIY deco paper mesh sunflowers and pumpkins as well as Halloween-themed centerpieces and autumn wreaths. A festive table arrangement could be just what you need to get in the spirit!

Perfectly Imperfect

This blog is full of home decorating ideas.  The posts are unique because they are mainly photos of a variety of homes and settings.  The most recent posts have some great images of easy ways to add some fall decor, like decorative pumpkins or leaves, to your home.   So if you’re looking to spice up the ole apartment, scroll through some of the posts for a little inspiration.
