A look inside any collegiette’s makeup bag could tell you a lot about that young woman.  Maybe she’s super feminine with a collection of pretty pink glosses or maybe she’s edgy with a few dark, sultry eye shadow palettes.

Whether it’s the dollar lip balm you scored at the drugstore, or the mascara you splurged on at a luxury beauty store, we’ve all got our go-to products that make us feel fierce and fabulous. Here are some of our staff’s favorite beauty products!

Lyndsay Cooper: Benefit Gimme Brow. “LIFE CHANGING for those with thin brows. Also, Essie nail polish over everything.”

Natalie Paige Nock:  Loreal Paris Infallible Eyeliner. “I will never buy another kind ever again.  You can layer it with other eyeliners, it goes on smooth, and doesn’t smear or irritate your eyes.  Plus, it lasts a long time.”

Taylor Larsen: Moroccan Oil.  “It tames my curls without leaving greasy residue.”

Alla Hill: Neutrogena Naturals Fresh Cleaning + Makeup Remover.  “This face wash is gentle on the skin and can be used daily to remove makeup too, but won’t dry you out.”

Laila Hosseinzadeh:  “Benefit Mascara.  It’s really voluminous, doesn’t clump or flake, and really makes your eyes pop!”

Hillary Stevens:  BB Cream. “I use this instead of foundation because it’s a moisturizer, has sunscreen in it and evens out your skin tone! It’s awesome.”

Maddie Hagerman: “I love Eos Lip Balm because it leaves my lips smooth and the container it comes in makes it easy to find in a purse or bag.  It also lasts such a long time!”

Molly Grubbs: Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner.  “They have a ton of colors, but I use it in Cocoa.  It’s a really nice brown/gold color which looks great on us blue eyed ladies!”

Laureston Hawley:  “Revlon Balm Lipstain is my jam! It stays on all night and wears like a lipstick.”

Haley Cahill:  Covergirl AquaSmooth Foundation Compact.  “I love this foundation because it’s so creamy and goes on super smooth. Plus, it comes in a compact with a sponge to apply it, so it’s mess free and great to travel with. I also love Tarte Natural Beauty Cheek Stain in Flush. It’s the only blush I’ve used for the last 4 years because it’s so amazing. It comes in gel form, so it won’t wipe off like powder blushes, and stays on forever.  You can swipe the tube directly onto your cheeks or use your fingers to dab it on.  Plus, it doubles as a lip stain and has a nice grapefruit scent. It’s expensive, but lasts a long time!”

Carly Holland:  “I could not live without Batiste Dry Shampoo. I also love the Tarte Amazon Clay 12-hour Blushes!”

Emily Bishop:  “Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eyeliner in Rockstar! It stays on all day and the Rockstar is a dark purple color that looks good on any eye color. The eye liner comes in about 40 different colors though if you wanted something brighter or more neutral. I also use Urban Decay Supercurl Curling Mascara! It’s a good alternative to using an eyelash curler since those can damage lashes.”

Austen Mauney:  Bare Minerals.  “It’s so natural and I rarely ever wear anything but eye shadow and mascara, but they have quality bronzers and blushes. And, the face wash in the bomb.com.”

Kendall Smith:  “I love lipstick, especially a berry color.  Neutrogena and Revlon have really good lines of lipstick.  I also think that you can never have enough mascara!”
