5 Satisfying Bikini-Body Friendly Snacks

Bikini season is here! If you’re counting your calories and watching what you eat, picking smart snacks between meals can be challenging.  Try these five snacks that will keep you full and satisfied without ruining your beach body!

Popcorn

Popcorn Indiana Fit Popcorn comes in four, scrumptious flavors: sea salt, onion Dijon, olive oil, and parmesan and herb.  It’s crunchy and satisfying, plus it’s GMO and gluten free, all natural, and a good source of whole grains. The best part is that one cup of this popcorn is 40 calories or less! So you can indulge on about three cups of this tasty snack for around 100 calories. And trust me, it’s delicious.

Hot Tea

Tazo Apricot Vanilla Crème tea is a great way to calm your cravings for sweets without all the calories.  It will also provide you with a kick of energy and keep you full until the next meal.  While this is my personal favorite flavor, you could also try the peach cobbler tea, baked cinnamon apple tea, or aloha citrus tea, among many other flavors!

Ice Cream

Weight Watchers Giant Latte Ice Cream Bars are going to change your life, believe me.  These yummy popsicles are creamy and decadent.  Plus, they are only 90 calories and 4 grams of fiber! Once you try these pops, they’ll become a staple in your freezer.

Almonds

Almonds are a great snack that are also bikini body friendly.  With tons of protein and heart-healthy fats, these are my go-to snack.  However, the plain variety can be a bit bland at times.  Blue Diamond has a ton of yummy flavors to choose from like Cinnamon Brown Sugar, Carolina Barbeque, Dark Chocolate, and Blazin’ Buffalo Wing.  Throw these in your backpack when you need a quick snack that you don’t have to feel guilty about.

String Cheese

String cheese is perfect for when you need a little something to hold you over.  The Sargento Light Mozzarella String Cheese is only 50 calories per serving! It’s low in carbs, but has six grams of protein, keeping you satisfied for longer.
