How did you meet?
Eileen: We went to the same high school (New Trier in Winnetka), and when I visited Amherst we got in touch through mutual friends.
How long have you been together?
Henry: We have been dating for five months, but we have been good friends since Eileen was a senior in high school and I was a freshman here at Amherst.
Is there a movie you two love watching together?
Henry: Well for a movie, that would obviously be Dirty Dancing. But we also love watching New Girl together.
Eileen: When Harry Met Sally is another favorite.
Favorite Amherst memory together?
Henry: The Middlebury home football game this year was a lot of fun, because we won!
Eileen: It was great because I love showing school spirit and being able to support Henry at the same time is great.
Is there a memory you share that always makes you laugh?
Eileen: Lollapalooza in the summer of 2012 was so funny because we were just getting to know each other and we had a great time just acting crazy at the concert.
Henry: After the concert, we took a cab home and ate McDonalds together.
What is something the two of you have in common?
Eileen: We are both very competitive.
Henry: Yeah, sometimes also stubborn. And we also love the Chicago Blackhawks.
What is your dream date?
Henry: My dream date would be on a beach somewhere with just a table, a candle, and the ocean.
Eileen: Seeing a show or a play in Chicago and grabbing a late night dinner afterwards. We would finish it off by walking down the streets of the city.
Valentines day plans?
Eileen: Henry has planned a surprise for me!
