This is incredibly easy to make, and you can eat it for any meal. The plain Val yogurt is pretty tasteless by itself, but you can make it delicious with a few additions. You can make yogurt salad into a breakfast or a dessert (it’s a great alternative to that huge cone of Fro Yo you were planning on having).  Plus it’s a great way to get your daily dose of Calcium, which women are often running low on. –Fill a bowl with plain yogurt from the salad bar
–Add jam (or honey if you’re not a jam person)
–Add a generous amount of dried cranberries (so you feel like you’re being healthy)
–Add a spoonful of brown sugar (if you have a crazy sweet tooth)
–Put sprinkles on top (if you’re feeling really adventurous)
