Ingredients:
- One slice of pizza
- Lettuce
- Olives
- Sliced onions
- jalapenos
- A dash of olive oil
- A sprinkle of vinegar
We all want to eat well (whether we actually do is a whole other question), but let’s face it: salad gets boring.  How about sprucing it up with a little bit of pizza?  The trick here is not to go crazy with the pizza.  You want it to add a little flavour to your salad without turning your meal into a carb fest.  One small slice will do the trick.  Cut it up in little pieces and mix it with you salad.  Now for me, a good salad isn’t complete without some olives and some jalapenos, but feel free to customize it to fit your own taste.  Carrots?  Beans?  Mushrooms?  Go ahead; treat yourself.Â
