Last week two Tibetan Buddhist Monks from a monastery in upstate New York created a sand mandala in Frost library. Â Sand mandalas are symbols of impermanence. Â The monks dispose of the sand in a body of water once they have finished the mandala. Â Impermanence is a pretty nice thing to be thinking about right now, in the middle of midterms! Â
