The Whitney Museum of American Art is a fascinating building in the meatpacking district of New York City. Over spring break I visted the museum, pondered the art and experienced the beautiful views with a friend just as the weather became spring-like. I reccomend giving it a visit, although it is not a free museum like most in Washington, D.C. It’s definitely worth it to see the views and art exhibits that seem to have been curated specially for the hipster New Yorkers who frequent the place.
