You may be saying to yourself, I’m not Buddhist, and I’ve never tried meditation, but take some advice from a previous skeptic: it is fantastic.  Even if Buddhism isn’t really your thing, meditation is the perfect way to unwind after a hard week.  It’s not about what you believe so much as it is focusing on emptying your mind and finding inner peace.  Let’s face it, who doesn’t want some more inner peace? Doctors have even approved it as a way to reduce stress and boost your immune system by relaxing your entire body.
