AU collegiettes may still be in college, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get some free candy!

Although it’s a city, DC is home to a wide range of neighborhoods from American University Park to Penn Quarter. Real estate site Zillow.com ranked Washington as the 10th best city to go Trick-Or-Treating and listed the 5 best neighborhoods to get more than fun-sized candy. Nationally, San Francisco ranked the best city for Halloween fun with Boston, Honolulu, Seattle, San Jose, Chicago, Los Angeles, Portland and Philadelphia all beating out the capital. The winners for best in DC are…

Want to barely leave campus and go out on Wednesday the 31st this year? This map shows you one place right outside campus to score some delicious treats. 

A DC tradition is to go to the embassies that open their doors to Americans. Countries like the Philippines, Jamaica, Indonesia, and India participate every year in the celebration. Things To Do In DC put together a tour this year for $30 as a Embassy Row event at night. So, whether you want a tour or want to walk around the different neighborhoods their is something for everyone! Happy Halloween!
