8 Shows to Binge Watch Now That “Parks and Rec” is Over

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at American chapter.

So “Parks and Recreation” is over now and you don’t know what to do with yourself.

Have no fear, here are eight TV shows to binge-watch to help you recover from the series finale of “Parks and Rec.”

1. Gilmore Girls

Because this show is absolutely fantastic, and you have seven great seasons to decide if you’re Team Dean, Team Jess or Team Logan.

2. Scrubs

JD and Turk 5ever.

3. The Office

Before they were the creators of “Parks and Rec,” Mike Schur and Greg Daniels were the creators of the US version of this British classic.

4. Covert Affairs

Sadly, this spy drama just got cancelled, but there’s still five seasons to ponder if Annie is the only spy who is able to run in heels.

5. Grey’s Anatomy

Basically it will take you forever to even catch up.

6. Parenthood

Completely addictive and as an added bonus it stars Lauren Graham.

7. It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia

This show is absolutely insane and it will take you a while to catch up just because you’ll need a few days in between each episode.

8. My Mad Fat Diary

Although there aren’t a whole bunch of episodes so far, the show is in the process of filming right now. Also, this show is hilarious, brilliant and clever. (These fairly redundant superlatives should be a sign for you to watch it.)
