6 signs you have trust issues

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Albizu chapter.

Let’s face it — you might be a social butterfly, but if you do one of these things, then you probably need to cut people some slack:

1 – When someone compliments you and you question whether or not they’re being sincere.

2 – When you are walking in public and people keep staring at you, you automatically believe you look hideous.  Girl, maybe you’re rocking that outfit!  On second thought, maybe they should stop staring and take a picture, it’ll last longer.

Ugh! Like seriously? #Struggle

3- You don’t let anything out of sight or unlocked because you strongly believe it can get stolen by anyone at any time in any place.  Your friends call you paranoid.

4 – You don’t do blind dates.  I mean, what if he’s a serial killer? #byebyetinder

5 – You don’t keep a journal because you truly believe that someone is reading your daily entries no matter how well it’s hidden, and this person will expose all your secrets and destroy your life!

6 – And finally, all of your social media accounts are probably on private mode.  If you even have some!
