As a college student, it is extremely hard to save money. Whether it be spending money on going out or buying another book, it seems like money just comes and goes. Although it can be a challenge, now is the time to develop healthy spending, saving, and budgeting habits. There are many apps out there to help with this, but one I find particulalry helpful is Acorns.
Acorns is an app that will take the money you spend, on anything, and round whatever you spent to the nearest dollar. They will then invest this money into a start up company. When I first started using Acorns I was apprehensive, but it truly is a great way to start saving money. I recommend it to anyone that cannot physically save money themselves. Acorns does all of the work for you!
