The University of Alabama celebrated the opening of the new Sewell-Thomas Stadium on Friday night with a win over Maryland. The New Joe was filled to capacity, and lived up to the hype, proving to be one of “the best stadiums in college baseball.” Though we lost on Saturday, there was still a good turn out and a great atmosphere.
