I’m a huge Disney lover. I have always loved wonder, magic, and dreams; to sum it up; I’m a big kid at heart. I have been going to Disney World since I was a kid and I still love it as much as I did when I was little. I have gone during the summer on Disney vacations, once during Thanksgiving when I was very young, and last year I went to Disney World on New Year’s Eve, but I have never been to Disney World during Halloween weekend until now. Here is why going to Disney World during Halloween time is magical and awesome!

  1. The Mickey Halloween Treats- There were so many adorable Halloween Disney themed sweets! There are delicious caramel apples that are Halloween themed. I got two yummy apples! One was Maleficent themed and the other one was decorated like a Mickey Mouse Pumpkin. There are other ones such as Mickey ghost apples and candy apples decorated like poison apples. I have always loved the Mickey themed caramel apples at Disney and I absolutely loved the Halloween ones!

2. The Halloween Décor: Magic Kingdom is all decked out with Halloween decorations! There are adorable Mickey Mouse Pumpkin wreaths that are all throughout the park and scarecrows.             There are also cute Halloween window displays in Disney Hollywood Studios.

3. The Weather-I realized that October is one of the best times of the year to go to Disney World. The weather is amazing! It’s warm yet you don’t feel like you’re melting.

4. The fun atmosphere-Halloween is a fun holiday so no other perfect place to spend it than the most magical place on Earth, where you can be a big kid. People were wearing all kinds of Halloween themed attire from pumpkin tee shirts to Minnie Mouse ears that are Halloween themed like pumpkins.

So, if you can go to Disney World during Halloween Weekend, go and enjoy the Halloween spirit and the Disney magic! Happy Halloween!
