Alright witches, listen up!

American Horror Story is back and we are totally here for it. This season will definitely be a must watch as we head into the beginning of spooky season. With the season premiere last week, it’s easy to tell Ryan Murphy has something up his sleeve for this season.

For starters, the cast is to die for with Taissa Farmiga, Evan Peters, Emma Roberts, Sarah Paulson, and Stevie Nicks just to name a few. In case you’re not sure what I’m talking about, this season is going to be a mashup of Murder House and Coven.

The episode starts with a nuclear missile being launched and destroying LA and starting the nuclear winter.  Coco, her assistant Mallory, her hair dresser Mr. Gallant, and his grandmother escape the explosion due to a private plane which then relocated them to an underground base to survive the apocalypse.  The underground base is lead by Mrs. Venable where she sets a set of very strict rules for the survivors to follow. There are two groups to make the base function, one is the purples which are treated like royalty in respect to the greys.  They are in other words basically servants.

Now I know you might be sitting there, hoping to find out answers to your questions that the episode might’ve provoked.  But the truth is, I don’t have them and I’m probably just as confused as you are. After all, it was only the first episode and if you’ve ever watched a season all the way through then you know we probably won’t get the answers to those questions until half way through the season.
