This week HerCampus Akron has chosen to get a little personal with some on-campus organizations! I have chosen to interview the University of Akron’s Women in Business’ member, Jacquelynn Scheatzle!
Women in Business is an organization that supports, empowers and inspires women entering the workforce. It also provides young professionals a chance to chase their ambitions. Any woman in all majors can join this organization as long as they are enrolled at the University of Akron. Jacquelynn chose to be a part of this organization to gain connections with women with common goals as herself and to meet successful women with inspiring stories. Jacquelynn’s favorite part of being a member is when speakers come and talk with the members about how they became successful and the challenges they faced as a woman in business.
