It’s that time of year again when the (now annual) Women’s March takes place.

This all started last year when Donald Trump was inaugurated into office.  The march was to protest his administration and his policies.  Women, children, and even men everywhere marched to protest Trump again on the one year anniversary date.  Just like last year, some chose to create signs to show exactly how they felt and I have to say, there were a few that I personally found funny because they were just as passive aggressive and petty as Trump himself.

We all know that when it comes to social media, especially Twitter, Trump acts like a middle school boy.  He causes arguments with leaders from other countries as practically a pissing contest.  It’s embarrassing that someone who is supposed to be the leader of our country is acting like this.  People had no problem being just as confrontational as Trump and calling him out for being childish.

The next sign is related to the Netflix original, Black Mirror.  For those who don’t have Netflix or have no clue what I’m talking about, Black Mirror is a show that is actually sort of terrifying.  It really makes you think and question everything about today’s society.  It shows just how easily technology can take over the world as we know it and change it for the worse.  The show makes you question how much the government actually knows and what they could be capable of.  There’s an episode where people go online and use a certain hashtag to type a person’s name in.  This reminded me of Trump, and as already stated, how ignorant people can be on social media.

We all know that Trump likes to say things are “fake news” when he doesn’t agree with things.  As frustrating as it is, I don’t really pay attention to him when he says that because it just shows a lot about his character and how close-minded he is.

This one is probably one of my favorites because it’s not only a big controversial issue, but very frustrating as a woman that the government thinks they deserve to decide the rights a woman has over her own body.
