Is the news true? Are we receiving a Gossip Girl 2.0 series? Well, not necessarily, but Gossip Girl was an inspiration for this famous actress. According to Teen Vogue, Blake Lively is developing a new scripted fashion series for the Amazon streaming services.
Unfortunately, there are not a lot of details that have been revealed about this project. The series doesn’t even have a title yet. It has been suggested that there will be a merchandising component, making it possible that a handful of fashion pieces that’ll be featured on the new show will be available for purchase off of Amazon.
There have been a lot of comments on where this could go on social media. Many fans have made the internet believe there is going to be a new series that is very similar to Gossip Girl. Who knows, maybe we’ll get a scripted Gossip Girl meets Next Top Model? Not a lot of information has been revealed just yet, but we do know she has something up her sleeve for us fans.
