Career goals: I hope to become a hospital / clinical social worker and then eventually move onto working in a school. As I get towards retirement age, I want to give back by working in community centers.

Hobbies/Passions: Some of my hobbies are photography and reading.
Defining life experience: I feel like there are so many experiences that have changed my life, but two stick out the most. The first is when I met my highschool social worker who inspired me to go into the field with her passion for helping people and with how many kids lives she changed, including mine. The other would be watching my mom go from doing one parents job to doing two and taking care of me and my siblings while we were growing up.This experience showed me that anything is possible if you set your mind to it.
What are you most proud of yourself for: I am proud of myself for working hard throughout my years at Adelphi, building up my GPA from freshman year, getting into my dream major. Also, for not allowing all the bumps in the road stop me from achieving my goals.
Dream Vacation spot: I feel like my dream vacation spot would be a few weeks in San Francisco because it has an amazing feeling to it and there’s so much to see and do and everyone is so nice.
Favorite adelphi spot: My favorite Adelphi spot would be either Nexus or the library because they both are the only places I could do my work and focus.
Interesting fact/adelphi story: An interesting fact about me is that I am from Queens and I became certified in three art programs by the time I was eighteen.
