Music has the power of changing moods in any given situation. In films, music is can change the tone of a scene. There are many ways to add music to our lives, making difficult situations better.

Here are a few ways to incorporate music into your life:

While showering- Ever sing in the shower? Why not karaoke in the shower instead? Taking a nice long shower while listening to your favorite song can be a great stress reliever!

While cleaning- Sometimes cleaning can become tedious and dreadful; but with music, it can become more than a chore. Dancing or singing along can make cleaning go by faster.

While working out- Listening to music while working out can either make or break your workout. Sometimes a powerful upbeat song can make you do an extra set of squats or even run an extra mile!

While driving to school- Let’s face it, no one likes to sit in the morning traffic in silence. Listening to an upbeat song can definitely help you wake up and make traffic a bit better.

Finally, while getting ready- One great thing about music is that it can turn a bad day into a better day. Depending on what you like to listen, it can also help you pick out a great outfit.

Whenever you’re feeling down or need a change of mood, remember to use music as your relaxer.
