Top Talks To Make You Feel Motivated

We’re coming to that time in the year where you wake up in the morning and the sound of your alarm just makes you want to cry. All the work that we’ve been putting off has started to pile up; it’s beginning to get just that bit too cold outside and the sun has been replaced by rain, wind and dullness. All of this does make it really hard to want to get up in the morning and face the day head on. Whether you find it difficult to get up and go to the gym, the library, to complete your small to tasks of the day or even just to get out of bed in general, here are my favourite talks and speeches that will make you feel unstoppable- like you can face anything your day throws at you!

  1. Ted talk by Mel Robbins



Mel Robbins is bit “life coach-y” but she actually has a lot of good ideas about how to yourself feeling motivated and strive for what you want. Her concept of the 5 second rule is also really great!


  1. Glamour’s International Day of the Girl event – Ashley Graham





In this talk Ashley Graham talks about the value of self-worth and owning who you are. It will make want to get up, do your make up, put on a killer outfit, head straight out that door and not care about anyone else.

This video is good for when you just need that short boost of motivation, it’s a compilation video of a few different speeches all about doing something others expected you to fail at.

Not really a motivational talk but this just makes you feel like a badass bitch.
