Goldman Sachs is hosting the HBCU Possibilities Summit, an interactive, four-week virtual program for HBCU undergraduate students and recent grads. This program is open to all majors and career trajectories and is designed to prepare you for a career post-graduation. Designed specifically for those currently working, interning, or attending school, this two-hour/week commitment will give you exclusive insight into the financial services industry and accelerate your career.

Undergraduate students graduating between December 2021 – May 2022 who attend a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) and those who graduated between December 2018 – May 2021 are eligible to apply. The application deadline is Sunday, May 16th at 11:59 pm ET.

As a participant, you will gain the tools and skill sets to confidently navigate the interview process, build your network within the firm, and further develop the professional skills you already possess as you consider your career path. Curious what the experience is like? This is what previous HBCU Possibilities Summit Participants said:

“I had the pleasure of attending the Bridging the Gap session for the Goldman Sachs HBCU Possibilities Summit…This virtual event was by far one of the best that I have attended. I did not feel like the Goldman Sachs team were just piling a bunch of information on us but more like an engaging conversation. It was a very comfortable and professional setting. Goldman Sachs did an amazing job and I’m so excited for the sessions to come.”

“I felt as if Goldman Sachs was invested in me as I am in the company.  The dedication to ensure applicants are successful throughout the recruitment process was extraordinary.”

”My biggest take away from the HBCU Possibilities Summit was how to be myself and unlearn the ideas of nontraditional aspects of how to be an impact to a company. Prior to this event, I would focus on merely technology/software firms, but Goldman Sachs has made it known to me that there are better ways to make an impact in the industry. Now, I feel more powerful and confident when applying to companies or looking for places to make an impact.”
