We Want to Eat All of This New Boozy Ice Cream

I scream, you scream, we all scream for… boozy ice cream? That’s right — Häagen-Dazs has our favorite sweet treat even better. The ice cream company debuted a new line of ice cream called “Häagen-Dazs Spirits,” and it’s exactly what it sounds like: booze infused ice cream. With the new boozy flavors ranging in combinations from Bourbon Praline Pecan to Rum Tres Leches, we honestly want to eat all of this boozy ice cream right now.

Here’s a run down of the new line. According to Food & Wine Magazine, there are six alcohol-infused ice cream flavors for you to choose from: Irish Cream Brownie, Rum Tres Leches, Bourbon Vanilla Bean Truffle, Stout Chocolate Pretzel Crunch and Bourbon Praline Pecan. The sixth flavor is actually a non-dairy option (which is totally perfect): Amaretto Black Cherry Almond Toffee.

Rounding out the new collection, Häagen-Dazs is also offering Irish Cream Cookie Squares, which combine chocolate cookies and Irish Cream-infused ice cream, all covered in delicious dark chocolate. Yes, please.

According to Delish, the Irish Cream Cookie Squares come in packs of three.

Now, all the new ice cream flavors contain less than 0.5 percent alcohol, so they won’t actually get you tipsy. And, with the alcohol content being so low, you won’t need to have your ID to purchase it, Food & Wine reports.

The Spirits Collection is in grocery stores now and will be  “widely available” by April. As of March 1st, some of the Spirits flavors are available at Häagen-Dazs scoop shop locations, where you can get them in a cup, cone, sundae or “premium milkshake.”  So sign us up for a Rum Tres Leches shake.
