Do you know what this means? Copious amounts of sugar and smiles, yay! And you don’t have to feel bad about it because it is literally a legal holiday. Not celebrating Ice Cream Day would be like not celebrating any incredibly important holiday. So I’m telling you that it is required to at least have some sort of frozen treat on July 21.
