Insomnia Cookies Is Taking Valentine’s Day 2026 Reservations, Which Is Actually So Sweet

Are you looking for a romantic Valentine’s Day activity for you and your partner that won’t break the bank? Wanting to show your best friend how much they mean to you? Or, just hoping for something sweeter and more special than a box of chocolates? Well then, you’re in luck, because Insomnia Cookies has you covered with a fun little V-Day celebration. In select cities across the United States and Canada, Insomnia Cookies will be transforming its late-night bakeries into romantic date-night destinations, complete with dinner and drinks. (OK fine, it’s cookies and milk, but that might be even better!)

On Feb. 12 and Feb. 13 from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m., Insomnia Rewards members will have access to Insomnia Cookies stores for a sweet treat outing, consisting of a six-pack of warm cookies (three classic and three deluxe, all of your choice), three dipping sauces (milk chocolate, white chocolate, and caramel) and two bottles of milk (also of your choice). All you have to do is make a reservation and pick a timeslot, then pay $30 for the whole experience. But you might want to sign up quickly, because reservations are limited, and since Insomnia is such a college staple, you might have some competition among your fellow classmates. (If you’re not an Insomnia Rewards member, you can sign up asap. Just head to Insomnia’s website, fill out the form, and create your account.)

Sadly, not all Insomnia Cookies will be participating in this V-Day event, so be sure to check whether your local store is part of this promotion. That said, Insomnias will still be stocked nationwide with new Valentine’s Day-inspired sweet treats. Three desserts will be available starting Jan. 27 while supplies last: an old favorite in the Red Velvet Classic, a new combo with the Red Velvet Cookies ‘N Cream Brookie, and a take on a V-Day staple with the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Classic cookie.

Then, just before the big day (which is Saturday, Feb. 14, in case you forgot!), a Red Velvet Cheesecake Classic — a leveled-up take on the Red Velvet cookie with mini cream cheese chips and a cheesecake center — and a Ghirardelli Chocolate Lava Cake Classic — featuring Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips, Ghirardelli cocoa powder, and loaded with a Ghirardelli chocolate filling — will both be dropping on Feb. 13 (with the former only dropping in select locations).

If that still isn’t enough cookie goodness, Insomnia will be sweetening the deal with its Cherub Chunk 12-pack, available starting Feb. 13 while supplies last. This exclusive, limited-time gift box includes a class 12-pack of your choice, wrapped in Valentine’s Day-themed packaging, and coming with a Cherub Chunk plushie. Who needs a bouquet of a dozen red roses when this is an option?
