According to Dr. Costas Karageorghis’s, an expert in Sport Psycology fromt Brunel University, latest research, “carefully selected music can significantly increase a person’s physical endurance and make the experience of cardiovascular exercise far more positive.” This being said we all know how much more motivating it is to workout with a great jam than it is with no music at all (besides that repetitive beat of your shoes hitting the treadmill).
